A website that looks good but never rings is a cost, not an asset. We do web design in Ireland for businesses that want the site to bring in enquiries: fast, clear, tracked, and wired into a CRM so every enquiry gets an answer. It’s live in 30 days, or you get €100 off for every day we’re late.
A pretty website that never rings is a cost.
Most small-business websites fail in the same three ways:
- They’re slow on a phone. Most of your visitors are on mobile, and a heavy page loses them before it loads.
- They don’t ask. No clear price, no short form, no reason to get in touch today.
- They’re cut off from everything else. Forms land in an inbox nobody checks at weekends, and there’s no way to see which page or ad brought the enquiry.
Website designers often stop at the launch. We start there. Every site we build is designed around one job: turning visitors into enquiries you can see, answer and count.
The 30-Day Lead-Ready Website Web design Ireland, with a launch date in writing.
Three versions, one standard. Each is built by a named web designer you can talk to directly, not passed to a junior.

What every site ships with so you don’t pay twice.
Every Lead-Ready Website includes, as standard:
- Speed in the green. Lightweight code and optimised images, tested against Google’s Core Web Vitals on a mid-range phone before launch.
- Tracking that works. Google Analytics 4, Search Console and conversion tracking set up properly, so you can see which page, search or ad produced each enquiry.
- Forms wired into your CRM. Every enquiry goes straight into HubSpot or your existing CRM, not just an inbox.
- SEO foundations. A page for each service and location, clean titles and headings, structured data, an XML sitemap and redirects from your old site.
- Accessibility. Colour contrast, keyboard navigation and form labels built to WCAG 2.2 AA.
- Training. A short recorded walk-through so your team can edit pages and post updates.
- Ownership. Domain, hosting, code and content in your name from day one.
Your website, wired into the machine Visit, enquiry, reply, booked call.
A website is the front door of your marketing. This is what happens behind it:
- A visitor arrives from Google, an ad or a social post. Tracking records where from.
- They find a clear answer: what you do, what it costs, and how fast you’ll reply.
- They fill in a short form. It goes straight into your CRM.
- They get a reply within minutes, if you add our Speed-to-Lead Setup (€1,950 + €195/month care).
- You see it in your dashboard: which page and source produced the enquiry, and whether it became a customer.
This is the difference between a website and a lead-ready website. Our SEO agency team then keeps bringing the right visitors, and our lead generation work turns them into booked calls.
- Visitor landson a phone, from GoogleMost visits are on a phone, so we design for that first.
- Clear offerprice · proof · one CTAThey see what you do, what it costs and why to trust you.

Web design across Ireland Remote by default, local where it counts.
We build websites for businesses in every county. Kick-off is a 45-minute call, design reviews happen on a shared link, and you approve everything in one weekly message, so distance doesn’t slow anything down. Local pages for the areas you serve are written with real local detail, not swapped place names.
Ecommerce websites that sell while you sleep.
Selling online? Our ecommerce web design Ireland projects are built on Shopify or WooCommerce, with euro pricing, Irish VAT, and delivery rules for Ireland, Northern Ireland and the EU set up properly. They launch with product feeds for Google Shopping and email flows for abandoned baskets and repeat orders, because a shop without follow-up leaves money on the table.
Which platform? The one your team will actually use.
We’re not tied to one platform. We’ll recommend the right one in the plan call:
- WordPress for teams that publish often and want a huge choice of plugins. We’re a WordPress web design company when that’s the right fit.
- Webflow for design-led brands that want to edit visually.
- A custom static build for the fastest possible site with the least upkeep.
- Shopify or WooCommerce for ecommerce.
Whichever we choose, you own it and you can edit it.
Digital grants what the LEO voucher covers.
The Grow Digital Voucher from your Local Enterprise Office can cover 50% of eligible costs, from €500 to €5,000 (Local Enterprise Office). It funds new off-the-shelf software, such as an ecommerce platform or a CRM, plus setup and training worth up to half the project. It doesn’t fund bespoke website builds, and you need to have completed a LEO Digital for Business project in the last two years (Local Enterprise Office).
So the voucher won’t pay for your website build. It can help with the software around it, such as a Shopify plan or a CRM and its setup. We can’t promise approval, because your LEO decides, but we’ll help you check eligibility and prepare the quote. Read the rules on the Local Enterprise Office website.
Results what we’ll show you.
We’re a new agency, so we won’t show you borrowed logos or made-up numbers. Instead you’ll see:
- Live sites and speed scores from our own builds, tested in front of you.
- Your own before-and-after. We fix tracking first, so the enquiries your new site brings are measured against your old one.
- Case studies as they’re earned. Our first five clients get 30% off for six months in return for an honest case study. 5 of 5 founding places left.
The guarantees in writing.
- You own everything. Domain, hosting, code, content and logins are yours from day one. Terms
- Live in 30 days, or €100 off per late day. The clock starts when we have your content and design sign-off, capped at 30% of the fee. Terms
- More enquiries in 90 days, or we keep working free. On Growth and Ecommerce sites, if tracked enquiries in days 31–90 aren’t above your tracked baseline, we keep optimising free for up to 3 months. Terms
Choosing a web design company Six questions to ask.
- Is the launch date written down, with a penalty if they miss it?
- Will the site be tested for speed on a real phone before launch?
- Will forms go into a CRM, or just an email inbox?
- Can you see which page or ad produced each enquiry?
- Do you own the domain, hosting and code?
- What happens to your SEO when the old site is switched off?
A good web design agency answers all six. So will we, on a free call.
Questions? Straight answers.
How much does a website cost in Ireland?
Small-business websites from Irish agencies are commonly quoted at €1,500–7,000 (Vimar, 2026), and semi-custom and custom builds in Dublin at €3,500–6,500 (Kolonell, 2026). Our Lead-Ready Websites are €3,950 for Launch, €6,950 for Growth and from €8,950 for ecommerce. Each price includes tracking, CRM-connected forms and SEO setup.
How long does it take to build a website?
Ours go live within 30 days of us receiving your content and design sign-off. If we're late, you get €100 off for every late day, up to 30% of the fee. Most of the time goes on content, so we give you a simple checklist on day one and can write the copy for you.
Can the Grow Digital voucher pay for my website?
Not for a bespoke build like ours. The Grow Digital Voucher funds new off-the-shelf software, such as an ecommerce platform or CRM, plus setup and training (Local Enterprise Office). It covers 50% of eligible costs, from €500 to €5,000, if you've completed a LEO Digital for Business project in the last two years. Your LEO decides who qualifies.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, hosting account, design, code, content and images are yours from day one, in your name. If you ever move to another agency, you take everything with you and we hand over every login. There are no licence fees for your own site and no lock-in.
WordPress, Webflow or custom?
It depends on who will edit the site. WordPress suits teams that post often and want plugins. Webflow suits design-led brands that edit visually. A custom static build is fastest and needs the least upkeep. We recommend one in the plan call, explain why, and build on whichever you choose.
Will my new site be good for SEO?
Yes. Every site launches with clean code, fast load times, a page for each service and location, structured data, redirects from your old URLs and Search Console set up. That foundation is far cheaper to build in than to fix later. Ongoing ranking work is a separate Get Found Plan.
