2. How many locations or services you target. Each needs its own pages and, for local search, its own profile.
3. Where your site starts. A slow site with thin pages needs fixing before new pages can rank.
4. How fast you want to move. More pages and links a month means results sooner, at a higher monthly price.

The same goes for the price of SEO at the top end. A higher fee should buy more pages, more links or more locations, all listed. If a quote is mostly “strategy” and “reporting”, ask what gets built each month.
