1. Days 1–2: Map the work. Interviews with you and the people who do the repetitive tasks. We list them, with time spent each week.
2. Days 3–5: Find the opportunities. Which tasks AI and automation can take over, fully or partly, and which need a person.
3. Days 6–7: Cost and rank them. Hours saved, cost to build, running costs and risk for each one.
4. Days 8–9: Check data and rules. What touches personal data, which tools suit, and what your team needs to know.
5. Day 10: Present the roadmap. A recorded walk-through and a ranked 90-day plan.

One 45-minute kick-off call and two short interviews. We do the rest.

You don’t need to become a lawyer to use AI safely. You need a few clear rules:

• Know what data goes where. Personal data only goes to tools with proper data-processing terms, and EU hosting where it’s offered.
• Tell people when it’s AI. The EU AI Act expects people to be told when they’re talking to an AI system, not a person.
• Keep a person in charge. Decisions about people, money or contracts stay with your team.
• Write it down. A one-page AI policy for your staff, covering which tools are approved and for what.

The assessment gives you all four, written for your business. We’ll flag anything that needs your solicitor’s eye.

The assessment works best when:

• You have repeatable work. Enquiries, quotes, bookings, reports or data entry that someone does every week.
• You have at least a few people. The hours add up faster across a team than for one person.
• Someone can own the roadmap. A manager or owner who’ll decide what gets built first.

It’s not the right fit if you want a custom AI model trained from scratch, or research into AI for its own sake. Specialist data-science firms do that better, and we’ll happily say so.
