How much does HubSpot cost in Ireland? You can start for free. Paid plans are priced per seat, per month, in euro. When we checked HubSpot’s own pricing page on 16 October 2026, Starter was €7 per seat a month (billed annually, on a limited-time offer), Professional was €90 and Enterprise was €175. This guide explains what those prices mean for a small Irish team, and what the pricing page doesn’t make obvious.
HubSpot pricing at a glance Plans in euro, per seat.
These are the HubSpot Customer Platform prices shown on HubSpot’s pricing page for Ireland, checked on 16 October 2026.
| Plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Onboarding |
|---|
| Free | €0 | €0 | Not needed |
| Starter | €7 per seat a month (limited-time, 65% off) | €10 per seat a month (limited-time, 50% off) | Not required |
| Professional | €90 per seat a month | €100 per seat a month | Required by HubSpot |
| Enterprise | €175 per seat a month | €175 per seat a month | Required by HubSpot |
HubSpot labels both Starter prices as limited-time discounts, so expect them to rise when the offer ends. The page didn’t show VAT; check your quote. Prices change, so confirm on HubSpot’s site before you buy.
What each HubSpot plan includes and who it’s for.
Free gives you the CRM itself: contacts, companies, deals, activity tracking, ticket routing, app integrations and HubSpot’s AI assistant. It’s a sensible place to start if you’re moving off a spreadsheet.
Starter adds what most small businesses actually need day to day:
- email and in-app chat support from HubSpot;
- simple automation, including automations built straight from records;
- segments and targeted email campaigns;
- calling, plus meeting recording and transcription;
- live chat on your website.
Professional is for teams that need more muscle: advanced automation, social media management, campaign planning, AI-built quotes and a help desk for support teams.
Enterprise suits larger organisations with complex teams, permissions and reporting needs. Few Irish SMEs need it.
What HubSpot costs for a real team Three worked examples.
Per-seat pricing is easy to misread, so here’s the arithmetic at the prices we checked. Each figure is seats × monthly price × 12 months, billed annually, before VAT and onboarding.
- A three-person trades or clinic team on Starter. 3 × €7 × 12 = €252 a year while the offer lasts.
- A ten-person B2B firm on Starter. 10 × €7 × 12 = €840 a year, again at the offer price.
- A five-person sales team on Professional. 5 × €90 × 12 = €5,400 a year, plus HubSpot’s required onboarding.
The jump from Starter to Professional is the big one. Five Professional seats cost roughly what sixty Starter seats do at the current offer. That’s why we only recommend Professional when a team will actually use the advanced automation.
Onboarding, seats and credits The costs that aren’t in the headline.
Onboarding. HubSpot’s pricing page says Professional and Enterprise customers must buy onboarding, and Starter customers don’t. The fee isn’t shown on that page, so ask HubSpot for it before you sign.
Seats. You pay per seat, and additional seats cost the same as the plan’s seat price (€90 a month on Professional, €175 on Enterprise, billed annually). Work out who in your team needs to edit records and run campaigns before you count seats.
HubSpot Credits. HubSpot’s AI features run on credits included with each plan, and you can buy more. Check how many your plan includes on the pricing page if you plan to use AI agents heavily.
Setup time. The software is the smaller cost for most teams. Pipelines, forms, imports and automation take time to set up properly, whether your team does it or a partner does.
Starter or Professional? When the upgrade is worth it.
Stay on Starter if:
- you have one sales process and a small team;
- your follow-up is simple: a reply, a reminder, an email campaign;
- you’re still getting the team into the habit of using a CRM at all.
Move to Professional when:
- you need advanced, multi-step automation across teams;
- you’re running campaigns across social, email and ads and want them planned in one place;
- support tickets need a proper help desk;
- the time saved is clearly worth the extra seat cost and the onboarding fee.
A good test: if you can’t name the three Professional features you’ll use in the first month, you’re not ready for it.
Is HubSpot worth it? For three kinds of Irish business.
Trades and home services. Most enquiries arrive by phone, web form and Facebook. The free plan plus a couple of Starter seats is usually enough: one pipeline, quote follow-up reminders and a review request after each job. The value comes from never losing a quote, not from advanced features.
Clinics and professional services. Bookings matter more than pipelines. HubSpot works well for enquiries, follow-up and recall emails. You may still need your practice or booking system alongside it, connected so new patients or clients land in both.
B2B services. Longer sales cycles and several people per deal make a shared CRM essential. Starter covers most small firms. Professional starts to pay for itself when you need multi-step sequences and reporting across a sales team.
Why choose HubSpot over a cheaper CRM? Mainly because marketing, sales and service share one record. If you’ll only ever use the pipeline, a sales-only CRM may suit you better.
What HubSpot doesn’t cost and what it doesn’t do.
HubSpot’s price doesn’t include your website hosting, your accounts software or the time to set it up. It also won’t fix a messy sales process on its own. Before you buy, write your sales stages on one page and decide who owns follow-up. The software then makes that process faster.
HubSpot also sells features as add-ons and bundles, and the mix changes. Check the current options on the pricing page rather than relying on an older comparison, including this one, once its date is more than a quarter old.
How HubSpot compares on price Pipedrive, Zoho and Salesforce.
Checked on each vendor’s own pricing page on 16 October 2026:
| CRM | Entry price shown | Billing |
|---|
| HubSpot | Free; Starter €7 per seat a month (limited-time) | Annual |
| Pipedrive | Lite €168 per seat a year (€14 a month) | Annual |
| Zoho CRM | Standard €14 per user a month | Annual |
| Salesforce | Starter Suite €25 per user a month | As shown on Salesforce’s Irish site |
HubSpot is rarely the cheapest at the top end, but its free plan and low Starter price make it cheap to start. The bigger question is which one your team will use. Our guide to the Best CRM software for Irish SMEs compares them in more depth.
How to keep your HubSpot bill down Six habits.
- Start on Free or Starter. Prove the team will use it before paying for Professional.
- Pay annually once you’re sure. It was cheaper on every paid plan when we checked.
- Only buy seats for people who edit. Check which of your team really need a paid seat.
- Watch the offer end date. Starter’s discount is labelled limited-time, so budget for the full price.
- Clean your data before importing. Duplicates and dead contacts make every report less useful.
- Set it up once, properly. A tidy pipeline and a few good automations beat every feature switched on.
Buying direct or through a partner What a partner actually does.
You buy HubSpot licences from HubSpot, in your own name, whoever sets it up. A partner doesn’t change the licence price. What a partner provides is the setup: pipelines that match how you sell, forms connected to the CRM, imports, automation and training.
If you’d rather have that done for you, our page for a hubspot consultant ireland explains our fixed-price HubSpot Launch. Ask HubSpot whether partner-led setup changes the onboarding requirement for your plan before you buy.
